1. What services does Titan Valet Services offer in San Antonio?

We specialize in two core services:

  • Valet Trash Collection: Reliable, tailored waste collection for residential apartments and commercial properties in San Antonio.

  • Junk Removal Services: On-demand bulk item and junk removal for local residents and businesses, helping to keep San Antonio clean and green.

  • Each service is customized to fit your specific needs, ensuring affordability and professionalism.

2. Are there any items you won’t remove?

Yes, we do not accept the following:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Biohazards

  • Construction debris

  • Items infested with pests (e.g., bedbugs, termites)

  • Additionally, all items must be manageable safely by two adult individuals. If infested items are discovered during service, a $140 decontamination fee will be assessed if bedbugs are detected (photos of will be provided before fee is charged).

3. Do you require photos for junk removal quotes?

  • Yes! To ensure accurate pricing and a smooth process, we require photos for any heavier or bulk items. Please email photos to aaron@titanvaletservices.com or Text 210-683-1763 when requesting a quote. Photos help us determine if the items meet our guidelines and are safe to remove.

  • We currently do not provide industrial sized roll-off dumpsters, but this is something we are looking into as the business grows.

4. How do I book your junk removal or valet trash services?

  • Valet Trash Services: Contact us to discuss your property’s specific needs. We’ll send a service agreement based on your apartment or commercial property’s size and schedule.

  • Junk Removal Services: Submit your service request along with photos of the items for removal. Once details and pricing are confirmed, we’ll schedule your service. Payment is due upon completion.

5. What areas do you serve?

  • We proudly serve San Antonio and nearby communities in Bexar County, providing professional valet trash and junk removal services for apartment property managers, residents, and businesses.

6. What are your payment terms?

  • Payment for junk removal services is due upon service completion.

  • Long-term valet trash contracts are billed according to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

  • Note: All payments are non-refundable once a contract is signed or a one-time service is confirmed.

7. What happens if I need to cancel?

  • Junk Removal Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

  • Valet Trash Services: Cancellations are subject to the terms of the signed agreement, including potential early termination fees.

8. Are you insured?

  • Yes, Titan Valet Services is fully insured. If any damages occur during service, they will be addressed in good faith and resolved through our insurance policy when applicable.

  • Titan Valet Services LLC will use compactors or bins available on-site and is not liable for normal wear or unexpected malfunctions of on-site trash disposal mechanisms.

9. How do you handle infestations or hazardous materials?

We do not handle:

  • Infested items (e.g., bedbugs, termites)

  • Hazardous materials
    If such conditions are discovered during service, we will halt the job, and a $140 cleaning fee will be charged for decontaminating our work truck.

  • Heavy machinery or items over 200lbs (two people cannot lift)

10. Do you offer refunds?

  • Refunds are not offered once a contract is signed or a service is confirmed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
